Alka Krishnan
Facilitator
Alka is a people-centric person who can easily build rapport and connect with people. This strength lends itself to her training programs and workshops where she handles large groups of people quite deftly.
With a BCom & LLB from Delhi University, Alka is also a certified Yoga coach. She strongly believes in the mind-body connection and focuses on breathwork. She has done a Master's program in Yoga therapy with advanced certification from IAYT (International Association of Yoga therapists) and uses the philosophies of Yoga sutras in her training programs.
Her core belief is that participants are self-aware of their untapped potential and she nurtures a desire to bring out the best in them. This drives her delivery style and creates opportunities for self-reflection among participants, so that each may identify their own areas of change. She truly believes that a facilitator needs to be a catalyst by being participant-centric.
She can deliver programs in 4 languages- Hindi, English, Tamil and Telugu. She has worked with many reputed clients including Air India, Tata Chemicals, Tata Trust, Tata Communication, Tata capital, TCNS clothing VMART, ITC, Nestle, SBI academy, American Express, Maruti Suzuki , Hero Motocop, and NBC Bearings – C.K.Birla Company and many more.
She takes to the mountains often and is a regular trekker when not very busy delivering workshops.
