We believe in the power of experiential learning in helping people bridge the gap from knowing ( What is) to reflection (Where am I?) and eventually to doing (What do I do?).
While we understand that behavioural changes can be hard, we employ all the techniques experts talk of to create change in human behaviour. It is well beyond practicing something for 21 days to make it a habit!
We want to excite our learners so they have the fire in their bellies to become go-getters and enable them to demonstrate the desired behaviours, so we can see this delta change for individuals as well as organisations.

Passive, content heavy, one-size fits all learning is easy and scaleable but doesn’t work for all things behavioural. Behavioural learning is mostly common sense and so more content doesn’t help
It is only what we experience that we imbibe and only what is relevant to us that we integrate.
So we’ve taken the tougher route of making learning immersive, contextual and action oriented
Through the power of experiential learning and use of hgih impact games and simulations we provide our learners with different experiences that enable them to pause, reflect and course-correct if needed.
By supporting all learning with customized and contextual tools we push the needle towards action and nudge the learer towards hew habit creation.
To suit the evolving, fluid and hybrid workplace, we offer virtual, hybrid, and in-person training sessions that are tailored to the needs of the learners.
BlueSky belongs to the curious, bursting with restless energy to learn more and do more. We practice what we preach. Our facilitators and in-house team are continuous learners and don’t shy away from a challenge.
