He has a BE (Chemistry) and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He also has SAP Certification in S&D and CRM, and Project Management Certification from IBM.
He has a vast experience in the different roles that he played, including, Technical training on SAP in IBM, Sales, Culture & Communication Training at Nerolac Paints, Samtel Color, IBM, Accenture India, NTPC, etc. Behavioural Training through Experiential Learning for Automobile, Power, Manufacturing, IT, Consulting, Marketing, Petroleum and other sectors.
Sourindra has great communication skills and prides himself on his listening skills. He is grounded, passionate and innovative.
He has worked with many different clients including NTPC, Powergrid, HPCL, BPCL, Accenture, IBM, KPMG, PWC, Nucleus, Maruti, Hero MotoCorp, IMT, NGK, and DNV, among others.
He is a Three Times Distinguished Toastmaster.
He has been a tremendous support for BlueSky Learning in developing training programs and delivering behavioural and communications training across multiple sectors.
