An engineer by qualification with 13+ years of corporate experience, Honey Khanduja wears two hats at BlueSky Learning. First, she is currently leading BlueSky’s most ambitious project to date - PlayDoo, a Global platform for digital game-based learning products & learning modules that can be used by Learning professionals across the world. In this role, she tactfully works with a range of stakeholders for product development with outstanding communication skills, and an eye for detail and design that help translate a vision into reality.

Secondly, she is a passionate facilitator delivering several physical and virtual workshops around team engagement, behavioural skills, induction-onboarding, and values dissemination- for corporates and educational institutions.

She has successfully delivered programs for clients like Moet Hennessy, UKG, Mindtree, Nucleus software, VMware, Jubilant, Nestle, Hero MotoCorp, L&T, Global Logic, Kayzen, JLL, TCNS Clothing, Maruti Suzuki, Samsung, Boston Scientific group among others. Prior to BlueSky Learning, Honey’s corporate experience spans different domains including software development, business development & operations, client engagement and product management, with Organizations such as Infosys and MyDala.

A Distinguished Toastmaster and an aspiring professional speaker, she also conducts sessions on effective communication, service leadership, mentoring & coaching, and the art of giving and receiving feedback. She loves mentoring toastmasters and non-toastmasters to become better communicators. Her love for stories and the goal to become an accomplished storyteller made her the co-host of a Podcast, ‘Your Story, Your Glory’.

She is a fitness fanatic who loves to read, travel, and explore.
