With an MBA in HR, from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Avijit has an extensive experience of 17+ years. He has worked with Nestle and Cadbury (Now Mondelez) as a Factory HR Business Partner, Tata Motors as a Sales HR Business partner and 1mg Technologies (Now Tata 1mg) as a National Lead for Dealer Training (VP HR). He has a penchant for understanding the needs of a business and a deep knowledge of giving solutions to business problems. In his vast experience, he has created a rich variety of content, designed programs and delivered them to various audiences. His greatest strength is maximizing “Learning Transfer” for each of his learners. Some of the core competencies he has delivered include Sales Excellence, Managerial Excellence, People Management, Performance Management and Internal SMEs capability development (HR domain knowledge & Facilitation Skills).
