With an MBA in HR, from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Avijit has an extensive experience of 17+ years. He has worked with Nestle and Cadbury (Now Mondelez) as a Factory HR Business Partner, Tata Motors as a Sales HR Business partner and 1mg Technologies (Now Tata 1mg) as a National Lead for Dealer Training (VP HR). He has a penchant for understanding the needs of a business and a deep knowledge of giving solutions to business problems. In his vast experience, he has created a rich variety of content, designed programs and delivered them to various audiences. His greatest strength is maximizing “Learning Transfer” for each of his learners.
